Through a systematic and intense karate program our school is known for producing the incentive to become a more confident individual, both physically and mentally, regardless of age or gender. We are a life skills school.

We teach Tiger Ha Goyu Ryu, a mix of martial arts created by 7th Degree Black belt Master Ruiz. It emphasizes self-defense via kicks, punches, grappling, and pressure points. As you progress through your ranks you will also be able to learn martial arts weapons including the bo staff, sais, nunchakus, and the katana.
